WHO建議的每日鈉攝取量是低於2000mg,台灣衛福部建議低於2400mg。超商食物的鈉含量一堆都超過500mg,300mg算低的了。這還是有標示營養成分可以算的狀況,外食的店家感覺不會低到哪去==
