黃瑀喬 · 台北市8旬婦人林劉龍子因殺死她照顧50年、重度身心障礙的兒子，日前被判刑2年6個月定讞。總統賴清德今（12）日宣布，此案屬於長照重擔下的悲劇，因此決定特赦林劉龍子，免除發監執行，是他總統任內首次執行特赦。
