the rename+code actions tool are going to be great

The changelog for Agent Beta: Added a code action tool and a rename tool. Added user reaction (👍 or 👎) to each agent response. Added the action to open the current active thread in Markdown. Improved fuzzy matching. Replaced the bash tool with the terminal tool.
