It's very sad to see the cuts to so many important US institutions in this list of recommendation of funding levels by the Trump administration.

But one that I did not see coming are investments in rail safety and infrastructure.

Genuine interest in strengthening freight and passenger transport?
Or a way to reduce the costs of mass deportations?
