As demand (but not yet signed orders) is picking up for the only European non-ITAR restricted fighter jet, Eric Trappier (CEO of Dassault Aviation) says they are studying ramping production from 3 to 5 Rafales per month, requiring production cadence increases across the 400 suppliers.
Still shy of the 20 per month production rate of the F-35 though. But with cancellation and reductions in order intake, that production capacity might ramp down.
