I've had it with . Currently trying to do a little bit of automated bibliometrics, and there's a ton of Scholar parsers on Github in various states of brokenness, sometimes with fully integrated proxy support and Selenium backend and whatnot so it doesn't get banhammered...

Yeah nah, I'm just going with OpenAlex now which
a) has a proper API,
b) actually knows what a DOI is, and
c) has much higher-quality data than GS.
