사람이 이익으로 움직였다면 성소수자들도 장애인들도 노동력으로 쓸 수 있게 관련 법과 시설 확충을 했을 것이고 외국인들의 노동을 적극 권장해서 경제를 살리는데 이바지했을 것임. 나라는 고위직들 kibun에 따라 각각 움직이고 서로 싸우고 헐뜯는다.
