Ein abgelehnter Asylbewerber wird von einem Deutschen mit zwei Schüssen getötet und seine Leiche zerstückelt. Das Urteil fällt auffallend milde aus: Totschlag statt Mord. Dabei gibt es in den Akten klare Hinweise auf eine rechtsextreme, rassistische Gesinnung des Täters. Doch das spielte im Urteil keine Rolle. Ein Fall unter mehreren: Sind deutsche Gerichte zu oft auf dem rechten Auge blind?
