NX Studio, Pop!_OSでも文字化けを解消し、普通に使えるようになった。

ume fontはよくわからないがもう存在していないらしいので、かわりにIPAフォントを使った。あと最新のNotoフォントは、これもかつてのCJK JPという名前でなくJPという名前になっているので、レジストリ変更のデータはそれをもとに修正する必要がある。これでおおむね、すべてのwindowsソフトの文字化けは解消されたはず。
