"초·중등교육법 제64조(휴업명령 및 휴교처분) ① 관할청은 재해 등의 긴급한 사유로 정상수업이 불가능하다고 인정하는 경우에는 학교의 장에게 휴업을 명할 수 있다.
② 제1항에 따른 명령을 받은 학교의 장은 지체 없이 휴업을 하여야 한다."
