Bwahahaha holy FRIKC, I think they* are trying to boost "local-first" into the next tech-buzzward-strategy meme applied far beyond the limits of its context like "distributed" or "blockchain" before it.
I am stocking up on popcorn.

Links advertize themselves as e.g.

and are called things like
