@pointfreecoPoint-Free Hey, I just got billed for a renewal but hadn’t seen any renewal emails that this was coming. I’ve not used the service for many months and have cancelled immediately as soon as I saw the renewal. It’s still pending in my bank.
I have cancelled on the site. It says my accounts runs until November 24th 2026.
Is it possible to cancel it and get a refund as I’m not going to use it?
