Minisforum just launched their first Arm workstation, the MS-R1.

12-core CPU, Arm Mali G720 iGPU, 64 GB of RAM, NVMe, U.2, and PCIe expansion, and a lot more. It's a whole Arm Homelab in a box!

But it uses the same Cix P1 CP8180 the Orion O6 has. Did they solve the issues I found in that board?

Namely:

- High idle power consumption
- Confusing performance that's 'not great, not terrible'
