Huh. So if I ever want to travel to the UK again I have to renew my UK passport (as a dual citizen). And I suppose I'd have to do that even if I hadn't bothered getting a UK passport over 25 years ago?

‘No say and no choice’: Dual Canada-U.K. citizens shocked by ‘ridiculous’ new British travel rules

Starting Wednesday, Canadians who wish to visit the U.K. will need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization to enter the country, which the British government says is a simple online process, but it’s more complicated for dual citizens, says a travel expert.
