Policy-wise I ought to be an "abundance agenda" nitwit; I *do* tend to think that we have too many veto chokepoints (particularly in California), and the left is (sorry) full to bursting with useful idiots who will constantly make common cause with rentier landlords in the name of "environmental impact" or whatever.
