Kagi's big feature was site blocklists; now apparently Duck Duck Go has added it. But this is an individual solution to a systemic problem. I don't want to play whack-a-mole with a fathomless galaxy of slop. We need *collective* site blocklists that can be shared and curated by trusted institutions. (It would be nice if that institution were, like, a search engine, but so it goes) toot.cat/@smp/1152766839614532
