@phildini @freakboy3742Russell Keith-Magee issues before PR, you'll go far; PR before issues, get your tissues (because the maintainer is going to make you cry when your six months of work gets rejected with "did you look in src/package2 because we already implemented this" or "looks like you didn't read doc/NON-GOALS.md")
