anyway if you've ever avoided therapy because you don't want the therapist to judge you and your basic-ass problems, you can drop that anxiety. that's not how therapists think. not because they're on a higher moral plane but because a doofus whose life is a mess because they've been stumbling along with no self-awareness and no strategies is literally free money to a therapist, and huge life-altering improvements to the patient (you) besides
