Solving the problem in general is going to take a lot more sophisticated thinking and organizing but at the very least, if you're a github user, go to https://github.com/crabby-rathbun 's page and in the lower left click the faint grey "block or report" button and ensure that this unrepentant asshole is blocked from all of your repositories.
