Durable Streams라는걸 살펴보고 있는데, 스펙을 보니 이거면 CDN 지원 MQ를 구현할 수 있을듯...

깃헙 README에는 설명이 잘 안되어있어서 상세 발표문 읽어보니 표준 HTTP 만으로 SSE나 WebSocket을 쓴 수준(또는 오히려 더 나은) 성능과 경험을 보여준게 핵심인듯
