Welp, I've gone and done it. Ordered my dream bike. That'll make it N+1.

I still expect my Rohloff Brompton to be my cargo hauling, all weather, four season workhorse. I projected it would pay for itself in saved TTC costs in five years (it actually took six), and planned for it to last seven. It's now ten years old (!!!) and still going strong. I want to become a better mechanic over time and take on more of its maintenance duties.

The new bike will be purely for fun, not utility.
