wow, okay, apparently snac federates every post i make to every instance it knows of. not just my followers :neobot_shocked:

there is a setting for this, called disable_inbox_collection

so someone from mastodon.social would actually know of my post. and would theoretically be able to see it on their global timeline.

i think this is enough fedi (development) for today, honestly.
