I know I talk /work / and write about the benefits of this socially, but I truly think the individual benefits are massive because it changes the way you treat yourself. Every day it changes the way I treat myself and what I see as the source of my success

What's pleasingly hilarious to me is I easily became WAY more "technical" without even realizing it once I adopted this attitude so like, you can crash the game even while you walk away from it, lol
