I've been using bees.com as a way to test DNS since the days when Lycos was a major search engine, because it's a domain I wouldn't have otherwise looked up and had in cache, and for that entire time it has been a parked domain for sale. literally decades.

and now some sales startup has bought the domain. booooooo.
