Realized this setting exists in Visual Studio Code and imagining a scenario where a piece of code is alternately being edited in Visual Studio Code and Vim and one always inserts a trailing newline and the other always deletes the trailing newline

Files: Trim Final Newlines
When enabled, will trim all new lines after the final new line at the end of the file when saving it.
