Maybe we should consider to re-establish a more beginner friendly and general BSD Pub talk. Also having a bigger round of chatty moderators would make it easier to handle. As Stefano said, sometimes both of us couldn't join and the moderation was a bit missing or people were too shy to speak. I think this could work out pretty well with some more moderators or people leading/guiding the call where people quickly feel more comfortable to encourage themselves.
