お、まさにこういうコンセプトの言語探してたんだよね。

物理次元と単位を第一級オブジェクトとして扱う静的型付言語「Numbat」

まぁ実用的には、PythonのPintとかJuliaのPhysical.jlとかF#のUnits of Measureを使うことになるんだけど、言語単位で物理次元型安全であって欲しいという気持ち。
