I may once have spoken to this year's UK candidate for the ESC for about half an hour and nerded out with him on modular synthesis (and then later that night danced my ass off to his music). I don't think I can claim similar things about any other ESC candidate.

(I don't particularly care about the ESC and I know this year is especially fucked, so don't @ me, I just find it hilarious who the UK is sending)
