오는 6월부터 지하주차장이 없어 주차난을 겪거나 승강기가 좁아 불편을 겪는 등 주민들이 체감하는 불편 사항도 노후 아파트 재건축진단에 평가 항목으로 포함됩니다. 그간 아파트의 구조적 안전성을 중심으로 재건축 여부를 판단했는데, 실생활 불편도 평가 항목에 포함한것입니다.
