오는 3월 새 학기부터 교사는 학부모 등의 민원을 직접 상대하지 않아도 됩니다. 또 학교장은 중대한 교권 침해 행위가 발생하면 교사와 학생을 긴급 분리 조처해야 합니다. 교권을 침해한 학부모에겐 300만원의 과태료가 부과됩니다.
