앞으로 어린이나 노인, 장애인이 이용하는 시설 외부에 페인트를 칠할 때는 뿌리는(스프레이) 방식이 금지되고, 바르는 방식(롤러·붓)이 의무화합니다. 뿌리는 방식이 바르는 방식보다 공기 중에 대기 오염 물질을 더 많이 배출하기 때문입니다.
