‘자리에 미련 없다’고 하면서도 자리를 지킬 이유를 찾는다. 대부분 ‘내가 없으면 더 나빠질까 봐’ ‘나라도 버티고 있어야 한다’는 것이다. 미련을 버리지 못하는 마음이 미련함에서 오는 것이라면, 미련은 어리석음이 아니라 아직 삶에 서툴러서일 것이다.
