At least for Germany and the DACH region in general, I don't get that impression.

We still use the ICD-10 in Germany and as far as I remember, the DSM-5 criteria are mostly the same, or at least pretty similar.

Even when we finally switch to the ICD-11 criteria at some point, the doctors doing the diagnostic will still mostly be the same people, now convinced, that they need to be even more restrictive, because of tiktok.
