알아보니 완전히 무관한건 아니긴 합니다. 2018년~2022년 미국 저작권청이 저작권 등록을 거부합니다. 인간의 기여없는 ai창작물은 누구도 저작권을 가질수 없다며 2023년 3월 저작권법으로 못박습니다. 같은해 2023년 8월 워싱턴에서 1심도 이 저작권법을인용하며 인간의 기여없는 창작물의 저작권은 인정할 수 없다고 했네요.
