The following are unimportant things, that I just want to mention.

I expect 2026 to not bring clarity what the relationship between ActivityPub and the Fediverse is.

Also I expect that in 2026, ActivityPub will still contain mostly invalid ActivityStreams objects, see

However, Activity Streams 2.0 objects must be formatted as compacted JSON-LD objects,

from proposed errata. Example 1 is in its compacted form according to json-ld playground. Example 2 to 6 are not.
