각국 헌법 제1조만 보더라도 그 국가의 캐릭터성이 표현되는데...

그렇다면... 적어도 근대입법국가 이후의 국가를 설정할 때 그 국가의 헌법 제1조를 만들어보면 전체적인 분위기를 잡아낼 수 있다는 의미가 된다!
