材料
・食パン（4枚切りか5枚切り） 1枚
・卵 1個
・牛乳 100ml
・砂糖 15g（甘めにしたいなら20g）
・バター 適量（ワイは8g）
①卵牛乳砂糖を全部混ぜる
②食パンを半分に切る
③耐熱皿に食パンを置いて①を流し入れる
④裏返しつつある程度染み込ませたら、ラップをして600w1分（500w1分20秒）
⑤熱したフライパンにバターを溶かしたら④を両面焼いておわり
