독일 본사에서 여기로 몇년간 일하기로 한 분이 있는데 오늘같이 밥먹다가 알게된것은 해고되면 정부에서 보조해준다고 하더라고 일단은 2년간 먹고살게는 해준다고 ㅎㅎ 읍내글 보다가 생각이 났음... 노조도 있는데 대신 연봉의 1%를 노조에게 낸다고 함 근데 막상 해고가 확정이 될때는 이미 노조 결정 거쳐서 나온거라 뭐 딱히 방법이 없다고 함 그래도 미국보단 좋은것 ㅎㅎ
