we revamped the "import sounds" button on @strudel into a tab which provides a lot more guidance than before 🌀

ik i got really confused with this when i first started, so here's hoping it makes learning and teaching strudel.cc even smoother :))

the import-sounds functionality in the sounds tab to
better explain how it works. Also, I fixed a bug today
where user samples would sometimes get registered in
the wrong order, leading to the index value for the
samples to be sometimes incorrect.
