I ran `brew upgrade some-package`. Homebrew upgraded that, and a ton of other packages I didn't ask it to[1]. This made some of my packages crash on launch with `dylib: Library not loaded` errors, which you have to resolve by reinstalling the affected package.

[1]: Yes, I know there's a preference for this, no, you should never have to set a preference to make software do only the thing you explicitly tell it to do instead of a bunch of shit you didn't tell it to do, ever, but /especially/ when the things you didn't tell it do to break things.
