リファクタリングは速度が大事(他タスクとの兼ね合い的な意味で)、普段から脳内リファクタリングを反復練習する事でリファクタ筋をつけましょう、AIがプロジェクトの割れ窓コードをそのまま持ってくるのでそれをリファクタリングする必要、など
