@simonSimon Willison Saw your blog post about putting Microsoft Edit in a docker container so you can run it on Apple Silicon.

I'm curious why you decided against using RustUp and Cargo Build --Release to get native binaries.

I'm not challenging your decision. I'm surprised about the choice and would have assumed it would be much simpler to use Cargo Build. So I assume there is some reason that doesnt work on Apple Silicon, or maybe you just don't like Rust.... 😂?
