Last time we were down in Tucson, we ate at an Eritrean restaurant. We had the veggie combo and an avocado salad with tons of fresh injera. It was delicious but the best part was the coffee! The chef roasted the beans when we ordered it. He brought the smoking pan out for us to smell then ground it and served it right away. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. Maybe even better than Guatemalan truck stop coffee. Check out Queen Sheba next time you're in Tucson.
