I've been helping my eldest with their calculus homework. They're working on implicit differentiation which isn't that bad on its own but each problem also includes some combination of the chain, product and quotient rule. I get it, you have to cram all of differential calculus into one semester. But it leads to some algebraic monsters. I'm pretty careful and even I'm dropping terms.

A close up of a page of mathematical symbols, written in my "super legible" script.
