The combination of injury, travel and a lingering respiratory infection kept me fairly inactive for the last couple of months. I've been easing back into things with walking and yoga. Yesterday was my first day back to running and weights and boy am I feeling it. Good form is crucial to keeping me going as I age so I was really working on leading with my knees and kicking up my heels. My glutes and low back are especially grumpy. Today is recovery, some yin yoga and a walk. #running #yoga
