My phone addiction is out of hand. It's not that I spend a huge amount of time on my phone but I have a very limited amount of free time and I spend most of it scrolling. So, I ordered a flip phone. It's not really dumb. It has navigation, weather, email and hotspot. Honestly, I'm pretty nervous about the transition but something's gotta change. (Also, I'm not sad about opting out of a certain amount of surveillance capitalism.)
