we'll be releasing it pretty soon, though it is very much not yet at a point where anyone but us should be using it. we just need to decide on a license; we're thinking AGPL but would love people's thoughts. we're probably not going to write an anarchist anti-license, we're dubious it would accomplish much to do so and it's a lot of work.
