@annaDr. Anna Latour @irfanMika Thanks a lot, that is not it but I appreciate the trouble πŸ˜… There are probably thousands of variations and then came the Dutch who made another hundred variations of the aforementioned thousand that have also become β€˜authentic’ in a way … I ended up mixing a made-up bumbu with lots of cumin, coriander seeds, shallots and garlic.
