There are probably thousands of variations and then came the Dutch who made another hundred variations of the aforementioned thousand that have also become βauthenticβ in a way β¦ I ended up mixing a made-up bumbu with lots of cumin, coriander seeds, shallots and garlic. Will report back after dinner tonight! π
