Well, cat, sitting ON my sewing is not the smartest thing you've ever done... not the least smart either, to be perfectly fair, but somewhere in the top half of things I wish you wouldn't do. I have had to extract the pincushion from partly underneath him more than once.

Long-haired brown tabby cat is curled up and apparently asleep right in the center of the sewing supplies -- on top of fabric scraps, partly on top of fabric scissors and metal hardware and a box of safety pins, and next to the fabric tape measure and my work bag. All of this is on the couch. That part is my fault.
