There were 4 parallel 22 Ω current limiting resistors here. The resistance across them was 5.5 Ω, exactly what you’d expect from 4 22 Ω resistors in parallel, and each individually measures 22 Ω. None of the resistors have visible thermal damage. Charring on the PCB makes it pretty obvious that one resistor in particular was overheating - but why not all 4??
